Katherine Cody

After obtaining her law degree in 2005 from Tulane University Law School, Ms. Cody worked as in-house counsel for an acute care hospital in Bakersfield, California. She joined Beach | Whitman | Cowdrey, LLP in 2008 where she continues her healthcare practice.

In law school, Ms. Cody was a managing editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. She took advantage of Tulane’s prestigious Maritime Law program and received a certificate in the specialty. In addition, she studied European Law for a summer in Siena, Italy. Ms. Cody received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2001, where she majored in Political Science and English.
