Ms. Lowell spent her early years in Beirut, Lebanon, then moved to California where she completed her education. She graduated from Point Loma College with her BA in Literature and Writing in 1991 and went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University in 1995. In addition, Ms. Lowell received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine's Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution in 1995.
